Biden sent the money to Afghanistan after he pulled out of the country and let the Taliban takeover.

The U.S. government has funneled more than $1.1 billion in taxpayer dollars into Afghanistan since the Taliban took control of the country. Biden administration is refusing to disclose where the money is being spent.
